This was the first expert pack I ever played and I’m glad it was. It wasn’t too difficult and the progression was fair, although the endgame gets pretty involved.

Besides launch time, the performance is great! Stability is pretty solid as well. The endgame is crazy, definitely a push needed to reach it. I would highly recommend this to anyone, regardless of their experience with modded minecraft (although a few recipes might scare away really new people), it is definitely one of, if not the best modpack I’ve every played.

Great for beginners to the expert pack genre. Strong recommendation from me. I wish it was more linear and cohesive, but its balanced well and very fun.

I will keep it short: Enigmatica 2 Expert took heavy notes from the grandfather of the genre; Infinity Evolved Expert, and fixed many issues while introducing very scant few new ones. If someone is interested in trying a progression pack, I always point to E2E. I only give poor rates to aesthetics because the pack has very few custom art, music, etc. So I give I give it the middle rating of 3.

You check reddit, forums, discord, anywhere you find modded mc you will hear E2E.

Why?

Its a fantastic expert pack, fair progression, great quest book and the more you play the more you learn ways to break the game.

Bare with me on this comparison, Morrow and Caves of quid are games BEGGING you to learn their mechanics and create something absolutely busted. E2E allows that, you dont feel like the dev’s hate you and your spare time, you experiment, look at recipe’s and next thing you know you’ve found a truly unique solution to a problem.

Okay maybe its not unique but you feel smart as heck when you figure it out.
