This modpack is decidedly unfinished. The flashy, slick presentation and CurseForge page would lead you to believe it’s polished, but the questlines are practically non-existent (many simply reading “WIP”), and core elements of gameplay go completely unexplained. The temperature and thirst system (the only mechanics with real, fleshed out quest pages) are punishing and not fun. Even skills, a vital mechanic that gates core elements of the game, are not covered in any kind of detail.

The shaders and textures for the game, as well as the animations, are stunning, as are some of the biomes and structures (though many are drab and uninteresting). Unfortunately, the beauty and interest of these incredible mods are hampered by an uninspired and unfinished modpack, with core mechanics that make the early game an unintuitive slog. This modpack would be 100% better without it’s main survival mechanics.
