This mod Increases the difficulty of the Ender Dragon:

– It doesn’t allow to kill the Ender Dragon with beds anymore

– It summons Blaze every time that the player breaks an Ender Crystal with an arrow

– It summons Endermans on respawn

I like it but personally I would reduce the default difficulty a little, nothing that can be fixed changing the config file.
